I had just arrived in the US from the Orange Revolution and was invited to a Russia US trade conference. When the speaker for Lockheed gave his speech, I stood up and raised the question "Can we trust Putin?". The audience jeered and booed me but two Ukrainian businessmen came up later to me and thanked me.The Lockheed speaker replied this is a concern that we are monitoring closely.
